OUR PROJECTS

The Mercado District:

This area is one of the longest continually inhabited areas in North America; it is literally America’s oldest neighborhood and Tucson’s newest.

The Mercado District is situated in Tucson’s expanding center, along with the modern Street-car line and the 100-mile bike loop that surrounds our city. Close by you will find a community enriched in history and culture and those engaged in the stewardship of Tucson’s Birthplace.
